What does "natural skincare" mean at Pure Mulberry? 

For us, natural skincare means using ingredients derived from nature and selecting each ingredient with care. We believe in transparency and creating products that work in harmony with the skin, combining nature's best ingredients with modern skincare knowledge. 

All our products use between 98%-100% natural ingredients.  

What is your commitment to the environment? 

We try wherever possible to be environmentally conscious, using recyclable glass jars,bottles and droppers, not plastic. In some cases, plastic cannot be avoided due to hygiene reasons but we are constantly looking for and testing more environmentally friendly products.

Are your products made in the UK? 

Yes, all our skincare products are handmade at Mulberry Cottage in Yorkshire. We work with trusted suppliers toensureevery product meets ourhigh standardsfor quality,safetyand consistency.

Are your products handmade? 

Yes, our products are carefully produced in small batches tomaintainquality and attention to detail. This allows us to ensure consistency while preserving the care and craftsmanship behind every product.

What ingredients do you use? 

We use a carefully selected blend of natural ingredients known for their skincare benefits. Depending on the product, these may include botanical oils, plant extracts, naturalbuttersand other skin-loving ingredients designed to nourish, hydrate and support healthy-looking skin.

Do you use any ingredients that are not natural? 

Most of our products do not include water which means natural preservatives such as Vitamin E are enough to ensure an extended shelf life. Any products which do include water, even though we onlyusedistilled, needa stronger preservative to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria and extend shelf life. They also preserve the activeingredientsinothernatural ingredients.

Are your products vegan? 

Yes, all Pure Mulberry products are vegan-friendly andcontainno animal-derived ingredients.

Are your products cruelty-free? 

Yes. We do not test our products on animals and work with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical practices.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? 

Many of our products are designed with gentle, skin-friendly ingredients. However, every person's skin is unique, so we always recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully and performing a patch test before first use.  

If you have very sensitive skin, we’d recommend our Pure collection which includes no essential oils, making it even more gentle.

Are your products suitable during pregnancy? 

Our Pure collection does not contain any ingredients that are known to be harmful during pregnancy. Many of our other products may also be suitable during pregnancy, but we recommend checking the ingredient list and consulting your healthcare professional if you have any concerns or specific sensitivities.

Are your products suitable for children? 

Our products are formulated for adult skincare. However, they are suitable for any children aged three or above. We always recommend reviewing the ingredients carefully and seeking advice from a healthcare professional if needed.

How long does delivery take? 

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shippingoptionselected at checkout. Full delivery information can be found on our Delivery page.

How much does delivery cost? 

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. We offer free UK delivery on allordersover £40.

Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

What is your returns policy? 

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 28 Days of receiving your order.

What if my order arrives damaged? 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.

All Pure Mulberry products undergo appropriate testing to ensure they meet UK cosmetic safety regulations before being made available for sale. All our products hold safety certificates.
